Taylor, 21, left the restaurant because he was upset and his father followed him out into the parking lot. "You better not come out here," the younger Harris said, according to witnesses. Leonard reportedly started to walk away when Taylor swore, pushed him and then hit him once in the face.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, a witness later told deputies, "When the victim fell and hit the concrete … she could hear the victim's head hit the concrete three car lengths away.” A county Fire Rescue crew resuscitated Leonard and he was taken to the hospital.
Taylor said that he left the restaurant to try and calm down but his father "got in his face and would not leave him alone, so an argument ensued." He was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery with great bodily harm/domestic violence and remains held without bail in the Orange County Jail.
