Frontier Airlines starts its first flights at Dulles International Airport near Washington, D.C., this month as part of a major push into Washington’s low-fare domestic flight market. Later this month, Denver-based Frontier begins service from the suburban Virginia airport to Atlanta, Charlotte, Minneapolis, Orlando and Tampa.
