Two Central Florida firms bought a couple of retail sites, one in Clermont and another in Daytona Beach, for a total of $14.8 million. A new real estate fund that includes Maitland-based Equinox Development Properties Inc. and Orlando real estate investor Jim Gissy bought the 64,050-square-foot, Publix-anchored Golden Eagle Village shopping center on U.S. Highway 27 in the Four Corners area for $9.5 million.
