Five people, including a 17-year-old girl, were arrested on murder charges in the death of a man who was killed in an Orlando carjacking earlier this month.
Casimir Monelu, 21, died as the result of an armed carjacking that occurred June 7 on Givens Street, Orlando police said.
Michael C. Johnson, 28; De Shon Clark, 22; Jakia Whylly, 21; Shawn Timothee, 19; and Natori Johnson, 17; were all arrested on charges of first-degree murder and armed robbery.
Police said the group planned and carried out the carjacking.
