The incident happened Tuesday evening at Crystal Lake and South Street.
Orlando police said the victim of the shooting was the passenger in a vehicle driving westbound on South Street.

Witnesses saw the driver get out of the vehicle and pull the victim out of the car. As witnesses approached, the driver ran away on foot, according to police.
