TripAdvisor announced Thursday the results of their fourth annual TripIndex Cities, which compares a night out and an overnight stay in major vacation cities in the U.S. and around the world. The results reveal the most and least affordable cities across the globe.
The TripIndex calculates "typical costs for two for cocktails, a two-course dinner paired with a bottle of wine, round-trip taxi transportation, and a one night stay in a hotel during the summer travel months from June to August" according to TripAdvisor's press release.
