Maxwell has announced the "Summer Soulstice" summer tour that will take him all around North America from June through August. Check out the dates, below.Maxwell's most recent record was 2009's BLACKsummers'night. He was meant to tour in support of a followup in 2012, but the record never came out and the tour was cancelled due to vocal swelling and hemorrhaging.
