[related tag=”Boston” limit=4] The arrest is part of a gun trafficking investigation between Florida and Massachusetts, related to a North Attleboro murder allegedly carried out by Aaron Hernandez. Aaron Hernandez is being held without bail in the shooting death of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd, of Dorchester. Investigators have not clarified the relationship between Oscar and Aaron Hernandez. Oscar Hernandez will appear in U.S. District Court in Orlando Thursday for an initial appearance and detention hearing. He will later be brought to Massachusetts to face charges. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years on the witness tampering charges; up to 10 years on the obstruction charges; and up to five years on the false testimony charges, according to an indictment.
