Flagship Investment Group, LLC, a private investment firm based in Orlando, FL announced it has entered the salon studio licensing (rental) business with its first location in Winter Park, FL to open May 1, 2014. Porte Noire – A Salon Collective, provides an upscale environment with private studios for cosmetology and health & wellness professionals. The Winter Park location features a limited-access lobby, customer lounge, and private studios with market leading amenities. The five thousand square foot free standing building, located at 1408 Gay Road across from Winter Park Village, includes 24 single and double studios.
The Salon Studio concept is growing with different levels of amenity and design offered. Porte Noire includes in its list of amenities and design: limited access lobby, customer lounge and each private studio equipped with Belvedere sink and chair, in wall vacuum, mini refrigerator, flat screen, Keurig machine, cabinets, mirror and more.
