Law enforcement officers were in a standoff Friday with a gunman outside a Florida courthouse.The courthouse, outside Orlando, was locked down.Video from WESH, the NBC affiliate in Orlando, showed at least four officers appearing to negotiate from behind an SUV while the man paced around.
