Lights, camera, incentives. Florida lawmakers are considering offering hundreds of millions of dollars to entice movie and television studios to film in the state. Last week the state House of Representatives introduced a proposal, HB 983, that would offer up to $1 billion in tax credits for film and TV production in Florida.
