A person wanted for violating probation is barricaded inside an apartment in Orlando, according to deputies.
The incident is taking place Thursday afternoon at The Gatherings near University Boulevard and Dean Road, prompting the evacuation of 20 units, the Orange County Sheriff's Office said in a tweet.
It's not known if anyone else is inside the home.
On its website, The Gatherings, which is about 4 miles from the University of Central Florida, describes itself as a "student living community."
