Heat, humidity stick around into Father's Day in Central Florida

Central Florida is heating up, with "feels like" temperatures in the Orlando area expected to be near 100 degrees.

Summer-like storms have hit the region over the last several days, but rain chanceson Wednesday will mostly be from Orlando to the south.

"Some dry air will work in for northern zones in Central Florida," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.

There's a 30 percent in the Orlando area through Father's Day.

High temperatures will reach 94 degrees on Wednesday and remain in the mid-90s on Thursday.

Overnight lows will be in the mid-70s.

Father's Day will see high temps in the low 90s.
