Parkway Properties Inc. bought out its majority partner’s ownership interest in the Bank of America Center office tower — the firm’s headquarters in downtown Orlando. The Orlando-based real estate investment fund (NYSE: PKY) announced it acquired its co-investor’s 70 percent interest in the 421,069-square-foot, 28-story building on North Orange Avenue.
